RaiseMasters Retreat 2026: Attendee Release, Waiver, and Acknowledgment

In consideration of my approved attendance at RaiseMasters Retreat 2026, held October 8–10, 2026, in Scottsdale, Arizona (the "Event"), and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which I acknowledge, I agree as follows. In this agreement, "RaisingCapital.com" means RCFRE LLC d/b/a RaisingCapital.com, and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, speakers, presenters, and sponsors.

1. Assumption of Risk and Release. I am attending the Event voluntarily and at my own risk. The Event may include receptions, meals, outdoor areas, group activities, and optional activities such as golf, pickleball, hiking, and pool use. I choose whether to take part in any of them. I am aware of my own health and physical limits and agree not to exceed them. I am responsible for my own conduct, including my use of alcohol. On behalf of myself, my heirs, successors, next of kin, and assigns, I release and discharge RaisingCapital.com from any and all liability for injury, illness, disability, death, property damage, loss, or theft arising from or related to my attendance or my participation in any Event activity, including liability arising from the alleged negligence of RaisingCapital.com, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. Introductions and Networking Are Not Endorsements. The Event includes networking, introductions, and facilitated meetings ("matchmaking") with other attendees, speakers, and sponsors. I understand and agree that:

• Any introduction, match, seating, or meeting arranged or suggested by RaisingCapital.com is for networking only. It is not an endorsement, recommendation, referral, or approval of any person, company, deal, or offering.
• Sponsors and some speakers may have paid to sponsor or participate in the Event. Their presentations, meetings, and materials are not endorsed by RaisingCapital.com.
• RaisingCapital.com has not verified, and makes no promise about, the background, experience, track record, licensing, or claims of any attendee, speaker, or sponsor.
• I am solely responsible for my own due diligence before doing business with, investing with, partnering with, or sharing information with anyone I meet at or through the Event.
• RaisingCapital.com is not a party to, and is not responsible for, any agreement, transaction, investment, or dispute between me and anyone I meet at or through the Event.
• RaisingCapital.com is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or law firm, and does not give investment, legal, or tax advice. I am responsible for my own compliance with securities and other laws in any capital raise.

3. Attendee Information and Conduct. I will use contact details and other information about attendees that I receive at or through the Event, including any contact cards shared with me, only for relationship-building. I will not add attendees to mailing lists without their consent, scrape, sell, or share their information, or send unsolicited bulk messages. I will treat attendees, staff, speakers, sponsors, and venue staff with respect. RaisingCapital.com may remove me from the Event, and from the Event app, for harassment, aggressive solicitation, or other conduct it considers disruptive or unsafe, without a refund.

4. Media License and Photo Uploads. I grant RaisingCapital.com an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, assignable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, record, edit, publish, and create derivative works from my name, photograph, likeness, voice, and statements ("Images and Content"), in any medium now known or later developed, for commercial, educational, informational, or promotional purposes. This includes sessions recorded by RaisingCapital.com and any photos or content I submit, including through the Event app's Photo Gallery, social media, text, or email. For any photo I upload, I confirm that I took it or have the right to share it, and that the people in it would not reasonably object. RaisingCapital.com may decline or remove any photo at any time. I waive any right to inspect or approve the use of Images and Content, and I understand no payment is owed to me. I keep all rights in my own trademarks and copyrights.

5. Text Messages and Privacy. I agree to receive text messages from RaisingCapital.com about the Event, including sign-in codes and Event updates, at the mobile number on my member record or the number I provide. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; I can reply STOP to opt out of non-essential texts. RaisingCapital.com stores the information I provide in the Event app, including my check-in and waiver record, contact card, notes I send to my Client Success Partner, and photos I upload, and uses it to run the Event and support my membership. RaisingCapital.com may share aggregate attendance information with sponsors, but not my personal contact information without my consent. Notes I keep only on my own device stay on my device.

6. Third Parties and Event Changes. RaisingCapital.com is not responsible for the acts, omissions, services, or facilities of third parties, including the venue, golf course, transportation providers, and other vendors. The agenda, speakers, sessions, and activities may change. Refunds and credits follow the RaisingCapital.com refund policy posted at raisingcapital.com/refund-policy.

7. No Guarantees; Educational Purposes Only. Past results of RaisingCapital.com, its members, speakers, or attendees do not predict my results. RaisingCapital.com does not promise that I will raise capital, earn income, or succeed. All content, strategies, and information shared at the Event are for educational and informational purposes only. I will verify information with my own qualified advisors, such as my attorney, accountant, or financial advisor, before acting on it. RaisingCapital.com is not responsible for the success or failure of my business decisions.

8. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability. I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RaisingCapital.com from any loss, liability, claim, lawsuit, judgment, settlement, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) my conduct at or related to the Event, (b) any dealings, agreements, or disputes between me and any other attendee, speaker, or sponsor, or (c) any claim that Images and Content I submit infringe a third party's rights. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of RaisingCapital.com for any claim related to the Event is limited to the amount I paid for my Event ticket.

9. Copyright and Confidentiality. Event materials and presentations are the confidential, copyrighted property of RaisingCapital.com or its presenters, provided for my personal use as an attendee. I will not record, copy, share, or create derivative works from them without written permission. RaisingCapital.com may seek injunctive relief to stop any violation.

10. Arbitration and Governing Law. Any claim between me and RaisingCapital.com will be resolved by binding, confidential arbitration on an individual basis under the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules. I waive any right to bring or join a class or representative action. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Claims for indemnity under Section 8 and claims by RaisingCapital.com to protect its intellectual property are exempt from arbitration, and I consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, for those claims.

11. Electronic Signature; Severability. I agree that signing this agreement electronically in the Event app is the same as signing on paper and is legally binding. If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

I have read and understand this agreement, I am at least 18 years old, and I agree to be legally bound by it.
